Printable Bison Craft

Lorelai was happy to paint this bison craft last night before bed. She got creative and made him blue and pink! Then she cut him out this morning and glued him together. Can you imagine if bison were actually colored like this? That would be a sight! =) Print below and enjoy!

Facts About Bison:

Bison are also known as Buffalo! They are the largest land mammal in North America. Bison measure up to 6.5 feet tall and weigh a ton! They eat grasses, shrubs, and twigs. The females are called ‘cows’ and the males are ‘bulls’. They like to roll around in the dirt when it’s hot out; this keeps them cool and keeps the bugs away. The American Bison were mostly killed off by settlers, and now only a few hundred thousand are kept on preserves and ranches. (Source)
