This is the second craft we did today. Let me tell you, this one was a pain in the butt and took F-O-R-E-V-E-R to make. Looking back, I’m not sure what exactly took so long. I did have to delete it completely and start over a few times. It was worth it though – Lorelai was so happy to get to craft a horse.
Directions at the bottom…
Materials We Used:
- 1 Piece of Cardstock (to print the horse printable onto)
- 1 Paper Background (optional – we used scrapbooking paper)
- Paint – Brown/Black (or whichever combo)
- Scissors
- Glue
- Googly Eyes (optional)
Directions:
Print the horse printable, linked at the bottom of this post. Paint each piece and allow to dry. Cut out and assemble. I assembled in this order: body, head, ears, hair poof, eyes, snout, legs (two underneath of the body), tail. Lorelai did all of the gluing, hence the extremely glue-y and wet look of the horse above!
