Printable Penguin Craft - oh so cute!

{ Download / Print this Penguin Printable }

And last, but certainly not least, is the penguin. I love how he turned out! We’ll probably do this one again but with different colors. The whole crafting process didn’t take too long. Lorelai painted all three sheets. I cut one out while she painted the last, then we assembled… cutting was definitely the longest part, but thankfully that’s still up to me. I know she wouldn’t sit still for that! Once again, print above and directions are at the bottom.

Materials We Used:

  • 2 Pieces of Cardstock (1 to print, 1 to use as background)
  • Paint – Black and Orange
  • Glue
  • Scissors

Directions: Print out the penguin printable (link at the top, under first picture). Paint all of the pieces with the exception of the eyes and “white belly” circle. Allow to dry, then cut out and assemble with glue.

Tip: Have your child paint the feet and beak first and cut out the white belly circle first so that it doesn’t accidentally get painted.
