Exercise Printable

Close-Up

I made this printable to help keep track of my exercise throughout the week, and wanted to share in case anyone else could get some use out of it. I printed it and plan on laminating it in a bit so that I can just wipe off and re-use. If you don’t have a laminator, you could always just put it inside a sheet protector and use it that way. There are little scalloped circles off to the right – you can put a check mark there when you finish with your routine. =)

Thanks so much for this! I do so much better when my workouts are planned ahead and I don’t have to come up with something everyday. Your worksheet will make my plans look much cuter now!
