I’m really loving the fall weather right now. It was in the low 70’s today and perfect. Lorelai spent at least 3 hours this morning on the patio playing in her sandbox. Her imagination really has kicked up a notch really. She was “baking” today. She made pies and cupcakes. She would actually fill one of her teacup with sand and put a berry (from the tree beside the patio) on top and call it a cupcake, LOL.
The sand looks dirty because she’s constantly adding leaves (“salad”) and berries which dry up. There are also a variety of dried beans and beads in there. She likes to make “chocolate chip” cookies. =)
The table was seriously the best toy purchase we’ve made in the past year. It gets so much use and in the summer, we put water on one side and she splashed around it in to cool off. Though now it’s just sand. We had it filled at one point, but we slowly took it out until what you see now is left. Too much and she ends up throwing it all over the patio – not good.
Baking is time consuming, that is why she was out there 3 hours! Thats why I do not bake..lol ~ The pics are great as always. Hugs and Kisses all around! Love you! ♥
