Quick Handprint Spider Craft

October 26, 2010 by Kimberly 2 Comments

I wanted to do a quick and easy craft today to make up for yesterday’s failed attempts. When doing this other hand print spider, I wondered if we could do it with paint. Same basic thing, right? Except it takes a fraction of the time – great for when you don’t have all of the materials and want to do something quickly. So here is Lore’s hand print spider. Only 4 eyes this time.

As you can see, the left hand print didn’t come out to great. It’s hard to keep a 3-year-old still, but she had fun getting messy!

I’m off to organize my walk-in closet. I cleaned Lorelai’s out completely yesterday and tossed a few bags of clothes in the donation bins. It’s bittersweet getting rid of her baby clothes, but there won’t be another addition here for a while, and I’m tired of the clutter!

I’ve actually planned this craft for Abby’s preschool party on Friday. I can’t wait to try it.
