Reindeer Paper Plate Craft

I’ll admit it: I’m burnt out on Christmas crafts. I think it has to do with the stress of having to get everything done before Christmas, Máyo getting a lot of overtime this close to the holiday, etc. I’m grateful that he has the work and we could definitely use the money, but we still have to wrap all of the presents, do some Christmas activities and BAKE. We went out last night to see some lights but we couldn’t find the subdivision even though we had directions. We’re going to try again Christmas eve but this time bring my phone so we can actually Google Map it on the go.

Anyway, this afternoon we did another reindeer craft with a paper plate. The antlers are the same that were used in this craft. =)

Materials We Used:

  • 1 Paper Plate
  • 1 Piece of Cardstock (to print antlers on & make eyes with)
  • Brown Paint
  • Black Marker (to make eyes – you could use paint or just use googly eyes)
  • 1 Red Pom Pom (for nose)
  • Glue
  • Scissors

**TIP: If you use the antlers above, make sure you cut them out before painting. Why? Because you’re going to have to flip one of the antlers and paint the reverse side so that they’ll look right when it comes time to assemble the reindeer.
