Hey guys! In case you don’t know by now, I’m Kimberly. I’m the mommy, brains, photographer, and designer behind LearnCreateLove. I’m a proud momma to my girls: Lorelai (14) and Madeline (7). We currently live in Texas, but originally came here from a small town in Maryland and go back often to visit family. We began homeschooling this year, something I never thought I’d do, but we are LOVING it! Getting to spend more time with Lorelai, make new friends, and experiencing our homeschool-friendly city has been amazing. I look forward to sharing our adventures on here with you guys!
When I first started this blog, the sole purpose was for me to have a place to dump all of my “family” stuff. At the time, Lorelai was really getting into crafts and we were starting our homeschool preschool “program” at the time (hence the name). When I started making printable crafts (to make my own life a little easier!), friends starting asking for copies. I began sticking a download link at the end of the blog posts and it just grew from there. Every printable I make, I make for my daughter’s benefit, and I put them for download on my blog because I know someone else out there might be able to use them. I hope you are able to use them!
Anyway, I’ll stop rambling now. Enjoy your stay at LCL and please feel free to comment ~ I love reading them!!

I just want to tell you that I am your new blog stalker. You are amazing!! These crafts are absolutely adorable! I teach Pre-K in Maryland, and one of my parents sent me a link to your site. I will be borrowing many ideas from your site on a pretty regular basis! You daughter is so cute and she is so lucky to have you doing such fun things with her! Keep up the good work- you’re an inspiration! π
As a preschool teacher, I absolutely LOVE this site! Your ideas are extremely creative (a must for me)! The site itself is well organized and visually appealing. I also appreciated the pictures included with each idea.

Hi! I found you through Pinterest (I think, I have had your page open all day, so I forget exactly). I am loving your blog! I am looking at everything, hence the open all day part. π My daughter is 3 and sadly they don’t offer preschool where we are living like I had hoped so I am taking things in hand.

I greatly appreciate all the hard work that you’ve put into making them, and of course, your generosity in sharing them with us. I love your website! You have created amazing things for you daughter to learn from. I love that you know you are her “First teacher”, as that is so true and yet lost among many. I cannot wait to share your ideas in my class when school resumes in September. I have the honor of teaching a child development class to high school students and we run a preschool for our community. I will be in the process of updating my preschool website in the coming weeks (seemed like a good summer activity) and I will add your blog to my links page. Thank you again for sharing!

So sweet! Thank you for taking time to comment. I love that my printables have helped! <3
HI!
I love your crafts.
I am a teacher, and some of these printables are awesome – right now we’re doing a theme on the three little pigs with the puppet theatre in the class, and I’d love to use your craft for that. Can you give me information on your copyright policies – I know you say to not redistribute. Do you mind if I use your crafts for classroom activities?
Hello Kimberly,
I work for an elementary school after school program and I go to college before and after work (studying to be an elementary school teacher, actually). I just want to say THANK YOU for posting all of these crafts. Your crafts are such a gift, especially since I don’t have any experience working with kids before and having little training from the school district I work for. I have only been on your site for 10 minutes and have already found so many fun projects for my students to do that tie in with the lessons and topics we learn about during our activity time. So again, thank you so much. I know that your projects will continue to benefit not only me, but my students as well. π
Keep up the awesome work,
-Angela
Of course, go for it!
I just ask that my printable PDFs are not shared online. If you’d like friends or fellow teachers to see or use them, please link back to the BLOG POST, not the printable itself. =) Thanks for asking!
Hi Kimberly,
Thanks a creating a wonderful resource center for so many people out there. The site and the ideas are amazing. I am a preschool teacher. Is it okay to take the printouts for kids at my school?

Hi there
My boys absolutely love your website and all your lovely ideas and printables.
I am not the most creative mum so really appreciate you sharing talents to let us have some creative fun we would otherwise miss out on!!!
My eldest son has a particular love of sea creatures and would like to make a couple of suggestions? Blue whale (because it is the biggest animal in the world after all!!!) and the minke whale and also the whale shark because it’s the biggest fish in the sea!
Thanks!!!!!!!!
I’ll add those awesome suggestions to our list. Thank you!
Hi Kimberly,
I am a 2nd Grade teacher and every year we write research papers over an animal. I recently just found your website with your animal crafts. LOVE THEM! You have all of my students animals except for one. One of my students wanted to reseach Prairie Dogs, and I wasn’t goingt o get in his way! I know you mentioned letting you know if there was an animal you do not have! Is there any way that you could make a prairie dog? I would need it fairly quickly!
Hope you are able to help!
Thank you,
Allison
I love this place! I run a daycare and frequently run out of ideas for crafts that are new and fun! I am constantly scouring the internet for ideas. This place is great for having crafts kids love all in one place. Thank you!
THANK YOU!!!!! I can’t tell you how much I love this site. My children are craft-o-holics and beg for me to print stuff out from here. We probably visited frequently a year ago and I just started homeschooling and revisited and my kids are going crazy with all the new things since then! We just stumbled upon the ninja turtles. I’m the coolest mom ever now. Seriously, thank you so much for making these available for anyone to print. I literally love you. π
Kimberly,
This is just the site i’ve been looking for!! Thank you so much for all the effort you have put into these wonderful craft ideas!! And letting the rest of us enjoy as well!! For most moms it is sometimes challenging to find new and creative things to do with the little ones that don’t include the “on” button! I Plan on using ALL of these for my two little ones! Hi Kimberly,
Your web site is amazing! I am so thankful to have found your site. I teach English to two young boys in the Czech Republic. I just began their homeschooling program several months ago and I’ve spent countless hours searching the internet for craft ideas. Your site has everything all in one place! We made your zebra craft and it turned out so cute! I’m excited to use more of your ideas. The boys love making animals. You have so many great ideas – I almost don’t know where to start! Thank you for sharing all of your ideas and creativity with all of us. You are truly a blessing and inspiration!
Hi Kimberly!
I love using your crafts in my Kindergarten classroom! I want to be sure and give you credit. π Is it ok to post a link to your craft when I talk about them on my blog? They are so adorable and my class has fun creating them!
Hi Kimberly, Love your website. I can see in other posts that you said it’s ok to share your crafts, however I just wanted to check again. I’m starting my own business doing dance classes within preschools and after I leave the centre I wanted to email them a list of craft ideas and a list of websites that they could refer to, to extend with the children and print off templates etc. Would you mind if I listed your website to distribute to preschools and use a few of your craft photos (such as the Cheetah mask) with the link to your website underneath it? Thank you so much for your time. Kind regards, Kristy.
I am a special ed teacher and wanted to tell you that your website is wonderful!!! The children I work with will just love the hands-on activities you have created to go along with books, seasons, etc.!
Just wanted to say thank you for sharing these awesome crafts and printables. My son and I have really enjoyed these!
I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!!! I stumbled upon your page one day looking for my son’s request for a batman he could color and put together. Since we found your site, I have been surprised at how I have found all of his craft requests here. Batman, Mario, Hungry Caterpillar, Brown Bear, Lorax, Bat, Turkey, Peacock……. You just made this Momma’s life A LOT easier!!! Many Thanks!!!!
