Painting is something every child should be allowed to explore. From fingerpaints to paintbrushes, from coloring pages to canvas, paint is a great way to let little fingers get creative. You can educate little ones on mixing colors, practice writing letters and words, and also by doing simple color by number sheets. You can get crafty. You can get creative and make natural paintbrushes. Take it outside if you don’t want to risk making a mess inside. We have painted at the park, picnic-style on a blanket many times. We also paint on our patio a lot. Here are some fun painting projects and activities.
