Lorelai got to craft this cute little Halloween ghost tonight with tissue paper. I’d had this planned for a while but just go around to it. After she did this one, she went on to do a ghost family on pink paper, but I didn’t get a shot of it. Cute!
Materials We Used:
- 2 Pieces ~ Black Construction Paper (one for the background, one to use for the eyes/mouth)
- Tissue Paper (white)
- Glue
Directions: Fold a piece of tissue paper in half a bunch of times, then use your scissors to cut out a circle. I folded mine in half a lot so that I would only have to do it once. Using the glue, draw the outline of a ghost onto the construction paper (see pic above). Once you have the outline, fill in with more glue and have your child lay down the circles of tissue paper. Cut out the eyes and mouth and glue down.
By the way, don’t mind the quality of the pictures here. I didn’t realize I had saved them as .gifs. Doh!
