Lorelai asked to do a craft today after lunch and since time was an issue, I decided to do something pretty simple: thumbprint bugs. She chose a dragonfly (for Gammie) and a caterpillar (for PopPop).
Directions are really simple: just let your child dip their thumbs into the paint and help him/her make a simple bug. The dragonfly also used the pointer finger for the body/wings. The head is a thumbprint. Sooooo easy and cute!
Draw on the legs/antennas when you’re done and voila! A simple craft that can be done in less than 10 minutes.
