I came across the turkey headband we made before Thanksgiving and it inspired this craft. Reindeer antlers! It’s so easy and fun to make headbands and Lorelai really enjoys running around acting like whichever animal she’s supposed to be. This is also a printable! The link to print is at the bottom of this post.
Materials We Used:
- 2 pieces of cardstock (1 to print on, 1 to cut)
- Printer – or you can freehand the antlers if you’re artsy
- Brown paint & a paintbrush
- Scissors and/or paper cutter
- Tape
- Glue
Cut out 2 strips out of one of the pieces of cardstock. Measure your child’s head and then tape the ends together to form a circular headband. Print and cut out the antlers from the printable (link below). Get your child to paint both sides of the antlers (because they stick up) and the outside of the headband. Allow to dry completely and then glue on the antlers.
